Try this vegan savory Olive Oil Crust which takes only minutes to prepare:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

250 grams of white or whole wheat flour (French T80)<\/p>\n

1 teaspoon fine seasalt<\/p>\n

1 teaspoon dried herbs (rosemary or thyme)<\/p>\n

60 ml of Castaway Extra Virgin Olive Oil<\/p>\n

120 ml cold water<\/p>\n

Combine the dry ingredients in a medium bowl, add the oil and water<\/p>\n

Mix with a fork until just combined<\/p>\n

Transfer to a work surface and knead until ti comes together in a ball<\/p>\n

Wrap in clingfilm and place in the fridge for 30 minute<\/p>\n

\u00a0In the meantime prepare your favorite vegetable filling while heating the oven
to 170 deg C.<\/p>\n

Sprinkle a little flour on your dough, work surface and rolling pin and roll out the dough
in a circle large enough to fill your tart pan. Do this quickly using 45 degrees turns.
Place the dough carefully in your tin, trim the edges and then prick with a fork all aver.
Then bake in the oven for 15 minutes.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Fill with four favorite vegetable filling and bake for a further 20 – 25 minutes.<\/p>\n
