Best to cut the tomatoes inside the salad bowl, no juices are wasted. Adding some pitted Kalamata olives to the this salad is optional.\u00a0 Keep the dressing for this Greek salad simple and authentic. Dress with Greek extra virgin olive oil and a splash of red wine vinegar or lemon juice. Becareful not to salt the salad too much, as feta cheese can be salty. Use good quality feta cheese, cut it in large blocks, not crumbled.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>This recipe portion is for 6 servings.
